Action credits add actions to your organization without changing your plan. They cost €12 per 1,000 actions and are available on any paid plan.
When credits make sense
Credits suit an unusual month: a campaign, a migration, a seasonal spike. You buy what you need, the automations keep running, and your subscription stays where it is.
They're the wrong tool for steady growth. If you're buying credits most months, compare the cost against the next tier up — a tier is almost always cheaper per action than credits, and it raises your allowance permanently instead of one month at a time.

Buying them
Go to Billing in your workspace and buy credits there. Choose how many, pay, and they're available immediately — including when you've already hit the limit, which is usually when people buy them. Automations resume as soon as the payment goes through.
Payment runs through Stripe with the card on file, and you get an invoice for it like any other charge. Because credits belong to the organization, one purchase covers every workspace under it.
How they're used
Your monthly plan allowance is used first. Credits are drawn on only once it's gone, so buying early in the cycle doesn't waste them.
Credits don't expire at the end of the billing cycle — what you don't use stays available for later months. They do depend on an active paid subscription: if you cancel or drop back to Starter, any unused credits lapse without refund. Spend them before you downgrade.
What credits don't change
Credits are actions and nothing else. Your workspace count, steps per automation, run history, team access, and cross-site automation all stay as your plan defines them.
If you're blocked by one of those rather than by the action limit, credits won't help — that needs a plan change.
Refunds
Credits are non-refundable, including unused ones. Buy in the amount you actually expect to need; you can always buy again.
