What is Nodest?

Nodest is an automation platform that connects your WordPress site to the other tools your business runs on, and moves data between them automatically. When something happens on your site — an order is placed, a form is submitted, a post goes live — Nodest reacts to it and does the work you would otherwise do by hand.

It is built WordPress-first, hosted entirely in the European Union, and designed to be used without writing code.

What problem does it solve?

Most businesses run on more than one tool. The orders live in WooCommerce, the mailing list in Brevo, the project board in Notion, the conversations in Discord. Keeping them in step usually means somebody copying data between them, or nobody doing it and the data drifting apart.

Nodest removes that step. You describe the workflow once, and it runs on every event from then on.

What does an automation look like?

An automation starts with a trigger — one specific event in one connected tool — and continues through the steps you add after it. A few real examples:

• When a WooCommerce order is placed, add the customer to your email marketing list.
• When a Gravity Forms form is submitted, create a support ticket and post a notification to your team chat.
• When a MemberPress subscription is cancelled, log it so your retention team can follow up.

What are the building blocks?

Every automation is assembled from six kinds of step:

Step	What it does
Trigger	Starts the automation when an event happens. Every automation has exactly one.
Action	Does something in a connected tool — create a record, send a message, update a contact.
Filter	Continues only when your conditions are met; otherwise that path stops.
Branch	Splits the automation into paths that are evaluated separately.
Delay	Pauses for minutes, hours, or days before continuing.
Sub-automation	Calls another automation as a reusable step.

You assemble these in a visual editor. There is no scripting language to learn and nothing to deploy.

Is Nodest only for WordPress?

No. Nodest is built around WordPress but not limited to it. Automations can start from events on your WordPress site or from any other connected tool, and data flows in whichever direction you set up. WordPress is the centre of gravity, not a boundary.

WordPress events reach Nodest through the Nodest plugin, which is why they arrive in real time rather than on a polling schedule.

Where is my data processed?

In the European Union. Nodest is operated from Germany and hosts all customer and automation data with Hetzner in Germany, under the GDPR, with a data processing agreement available to every customer.

For teams that cannot send site data to US-hosted automation tools, this is the practical difference.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The free plan includes unlimited automations and 100 actions per month, with no credit card required. It is a real plan, not a trial, so it does not expire.
