Profile and login
Updating your name, email address, and password.
Your account is personal to you. It carries your name, your position, and your login — and it's separate from the workspaces you have access to, so changing it never affects your automations.
Updating your profile
Open the user menu and choose Account. The dialog lets you change three things:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| First name | 2–32 characters |
| Last name | 2–32 characters |
| Position | Your role or job title, 2–64 characters |
Save and the change applies immediately.
Your name is what colleagues see when they're working in the same workspace, so it's worth keeping recognisable — particularly in an organisation where several people share workspaces.
Your email address
Your email is your login, and it's also where invitations and failure notifications arrive.
It isn't editable from the account dialog. If you need it changed, contact support rather than creating a second account — a new account would lose your workspace memberships and you'd need to be re-invited to each one.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you can't sign in, use the reset flow from the login screen. It runs in three steps:
- Enter your email address. A verification code is sent to it.
- Enter the code. You can request a new one if it doesn't arrive — check spam first.
- Choose a new password.
You're then signed in with the new password. The whole flow happens by email, so you need access to the inbox on the account.
One account, several workspaces
You have one login regardless of how many workspaces you can reach. Switching between them doesn't mean signing in again, and being removed from a workspace doesn't affect your account — you simply stop seeing that workspace.
The reverse holds too: deleting your account isn't how you leave a workspace. Ask an administrator to remove your membership instead.
Signing out
Sign out from the user menu. This ends the session in that browser only; anywhere else you're signed in stays signed in.
